Privacy notice

Last updated: 3 November 2026

A plain-language summary of what we collect, why, and the rights you hold under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

The short version: we ask for your email so we can tell you when we launch. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it to show you other companies’ ads.

The waitlist on this website

If you join the waitlist, we collect your email address and the time you agreed. We use it only to tell you when Sukhadcare opens to clients. We don’t use it for anything else, and we never share or sell it.

Your address is stored encrypted, separately from any account data, and isn’t linked to anything else we hold. This website sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising trackers.

To be removed, or to ask what we hold about you, write to privacy@sukhadcare.com. We delete your address when you ask.

What we collect, and why

Before you share any information, we want you to know exactly how we protect it.

What we collect: Account login credentials, payment details, and basic session metadata (confirmation that a session occurred, for billing and scheduling). We never collect, store, or retain session content or raw crisis-disclosure text.

Why we collect it: Solely to connect you with an independent therapist, facilitate secure payments, and deliver our administrative matching service.

Where your data lives: Held in an encrypted, isolated PII silo, completely separate from your clinical needs-profile. We never monetise, sell, or share your data with advertisers, and we embed zero third-party marketing trackers.

Your consent

Consent is given through clear, separate, affirmative actions. Pre-ticked boxes are never used. You consent separately to the Terms and this notice, to the processing of your details strictly for therapist matching, and to secure third-party payment processing for session appointments.

Your rights as a data principal

Managed from your account: Access and correction — view or update your profile and billing details instantly.

Withdrawal and erasure — withdraw consent to trigger secure data deletion, subject to the active-treatment wind-down rule in section 7 of the Terms.

Grievance redressal — contact our designated Privacy Officer directly in the app, with a formal escalation path to the Data Protection Board of India.
